Need Help with Icons in Heroes 5!

I made a mod that changes some of the troops one gets in the Necropolis. As there were no Black Knight icons, I made one, and saved it (in Paintshop Pro 9) in the different sizes needed, with alpha channels and dds setting of 32 bit. I placed the icons in the same folder as the Death Knight icons and referred the proper text document to the new icons. The icons seem to be made properly, as some of them show. But some don't show. And they were all made in an identical manner.

They show correctly in the Town Purchase Screen:

(Other than the problem with non-showing icons, this mod works fine with Hammers of Fate as well.
So once I get the icons to show, I can release it as a mod for both Heroes 5 and the first expansion.)

In the Gamemechanics/creaturevisuals/creatures/neutrals you have a file called Black_Knight.xdb

In this file you have lines:

   <Icon32 href="/Textures/Interface/CombatArena/Faces/neutral/ico_Black_Knight_32.ddsxdb#xpointer(/Texture)"/>
   <Icon64 href="/Textures/Interface/CombatArena/Faces/neutral/ico_Black_Knight_64.ddsxdb#xpointer(/Texture)"/>
   <Icon128 href="/Textures/Interface/CombatArena/Faces/neutral/ico_Black_Knight_128.ddsxdb#xpointer(/Texture)"/>


The last 3 lines refer to files that do not exist. "dds" letters in the file name should not be there. AFAIT that is the problem
